HELP! Tethering Iphone 3g firmware 2.1 with tmobile
Hello I have an iphone. its 3g w/ firmware 2.1. It is unlocked with a gevey sim adapter. It is also jailbroken with quickpwn. I have a toshiba laptop and i have tried the 3proxy/mobile terminal, pda net, and iphone modem methods to try and tether but they are not working. I believe it is the laptop because i create an ad-hoc network and i can see and connect to it on the iphone (only if it is open) but then on the laptop it just says waiting for someone to connect to your ad-hoc network or somet

Hi Chaps, so i'm getting the 'no signal' error on my iphone 3G. So I was on Firmware 2.1 (with the baseband that comes with that FW) and using my UK simcard with a rebelSim and was working fine last tuesday. I turn my phone off and get on a plane to Sweden.
